SHIPPING & RETURNS/REFUNDS
Shipping: We currently offer domestic shipment for all in-house orders Wednesday through Friday only. Orders typically ship within one to four business days of order date, but if time is an issue you may contact us via text at (972-937-0337) or on Instagram (@my3bh). All "Online Only " items will be drop shipped directly from our manufacturer located in LA. The estimated shipment timeframe varies depending on specific product(s), and often ranges between ten to twelve business days after receipt of your order; though sometimes it can take longer.

In store purchases : All items must be received within 7 business days of purchase date. We will not accept items beyond this date. All returns must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered and include tags still attached. All sales for hats, headbands, and intimates are final. All sale items are final.

Refunds: Once return is received and processed, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment within 24 hours .
